This position combines patient care with medical billing and insurance follow-up. You'll play an important role in helping our patients have an outstanding experience while ensuring the business side of their care runs smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Medical billing and insurance follow-up
- Insurance verification and benefit checks
- Prior authorizations and medical necessity documentation
- ERA/EOB posting
- Denials, corrections, and appeals
- Accounts receivable management
- Patient scheduling and front office support
- Assist with chiropractic therapies as needed
- Help create an exceptional patient experience

Compensation & Benefits
- $16.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience
- Full-time | 38.5 hours per week
