Join a Growing Electrical Supply Company

SW Electric Supply Inc. is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Beaumont, Texas. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and has a strong aptitude for technology and problem-solving.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work directly with industrial, commercial, and contractor customers to source products, prepare accurate quotations, process orders, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and committed to helping customers find the right solutions.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Identify customer needs and provide timely, accurate product recommendations and solutions
Source products from manufacturers and suppliers to meet customer requirements
Prepare detailed quotations and follow up to secure orders
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication
Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and generate new business opportunities
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities
Collaborate with manufacturers, vendors, and channel partners to support customer needs
Consistently achieve and exceed sales and customer service goals
Maintain accurate customer and sales records within company systems

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Previous inside sales, customer service, account management, or sales support experience
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
Professional phone presence and strong relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in electrical distribution, industrial supply, construction, manufacturing, or related industries
Experience with Sage 100 or similar ERP systems
B2B sales experience
Knowledge of electrical products and industrial equipment
Experience developing quotes, bids, and sourcing products from vendors
