Full Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Bilingual (Spanish and English) Service Dispatcher. Resourceful, self-motivated and a skillful multi-tasker. This role is responsible for managing incoming service requests, coordinating schedules, dispatching field crews, and helping ensure repair jobs are completed efficiently, professionally, and with strong communication throughout the process.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to keep multiple moving pieces organized behind the scenes. This is a key operational support role that directly impacts customer satisfaction, field efficiency, and the overall success of the service department.

Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Dispatching

· Answer inbound service calls and respond to online service inquiries

· Familiar with the service geographic area

· Schedule service appointments and confirm job details with customers

· Dispatch crews efficiently based on location, scope, urgency, and availability

· Prioritize emergency and time-sensitive service calls

· Coordinate job timing, routing, and schedule adjustments throughout the day

· Help create smooth and professional customer experience from start to finish

· Coordinate with internal team members to align schedules, job needs, and customer expectations, track job progress and follow up on completion status

· Assist with creating service tickets and job documentation

· Support invoicing, billing, and closeout processes as needed

· Provide general administrative support to the service department

Qualifications

· Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a must

· Experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service preferred

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

· Computer, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. preferred

Work Schedule Expectations

Full-time, Monday through Friday position
Weekend availability may be required at times to support emergency service calls or high-demand periods

Schedule flexibility may be needed during severe weather events.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
