About the Role
US BioTek Laboratories is seeking an accomplished, results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead sales growth across the East Coast.
This is a hybrid leadership and individual-contributor role. You will lead a team of three Territory Sales Managers responsible for the Northeast, Southeast, and Great Lakes regions while personally managing a five-state territory consisting of Texas, Louisiana, Missouri, Arkansas, and Nebraska.

The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader who can build and manage a high-performing team while continuing to prospect, sell, and manage key accounts personally. Our territories have historically delivered 20%+ year-over-year growth, and this role will play a key part in continuing that momentum.
