We are seeking a dynamic ,organized and hardworking Office Assistant to join our growing company and help ensure the smooth operation of our office environment. In this vital role you will assist the office manager. You will manage administrative tasks with efficiency, and support various office functions to foster a productive and welcoming workspace. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our company's success and positive workplace culture.

Duties

Perform data entry tasks using computer skills, including updating records in software like QuickBooks, Excel and Google Workspace. Create fuel reports and spending reports.
Organize and maintain filing systems—both physical and electronic—to ensure quick retrieval of documents
Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff members or executives
Support office management in all aspects including running errands.
Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and clarity
Bilingual is helpful but not necessary.

Skills:

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone etiquette.
Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients and team members effectively
Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures
Strong typing skills for accurate data entry and document preparation
Knowledge of office management best practices, including filing systems and calendar management
Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
Ability to handle customer service interactions professionally while demonstrating patience and clarity.
