Full Job Description

We are hiring a high-energy, numbers-driven Office Manager to join our team at Miss Fit Fitness. In this role, you will split your focus between ensuring our daily facility operations run flawlessly and driving membership sales. You will be the primary "closer" for new members, lead the team, and manage key business metrics (KPIs) to hit our growth goals. If you love fitness, have a massive work ethic, and excel at crushing sales targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy, Data Management, and Leadership

Run internal promotions, set sales goals, and train the staff to execute them successfully.
Track and report all KPIs, membership numbers, and financial data with 100% accuracy.
Use data to spot operational weaknesses, reduce costs, and safely manage cash tracking and bank deposits.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all client journey software, billing, and scheduling tools.
Ensures effective line of communication is maintained with team and information is disseminated from CEO/President as needed

Sales & Membership Growth

Ensure 100% compliance with all sales policies, procedures, and quality control guidelines.
Meet with prospects for face-to-face consults to close sales and convert new memberships.
Handle outbound calling, phone sales for promotions, lead nurturing, and local gorilla marketing to secure referrals.

Daily & Weekly Execution

Client Experience: Greet every member by name, address any client journey issues, handle billing inquiries, and respond to all communications within 24 hours.
Lead Management: Keep the consult schedule full by nurturing pipelines to hit target rates.
Retention & Administrative: Process retail purchases, manage payment declines, post in Facebook groups, and keep spreadsheets updated.

Position Requirements

Leadership Mindset: You genuinely care about the success of the people you lead and are eager to cross-train to support the business wherever needed.
Proven Sales Experience: You must be a natural closer who is completely comfortable making consistent outbound phone calls to fresh leads.
A "Numbers" Person: Strong mathematical abilities to analyze spreadsheets, track metrics, and spot trends.
Targeted Communicator: You are kind and patient with customers, but you are not a "gabber"—your communication is intentional, professional, and efficient.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using studio software, billing platforms, texting networks, and email systems.
Work Ethic: You are a self-starter, highly detail-oriented, curious, excellent at following directions, and strictly hit deadlines.
