We’re seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to lead our Pittsburgh market, covering Western Pennsylvania, Western New York & West Virgina. This role requires candidates to reside in the Pittsburgh metro area. You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative sales team, represent patented, market-leading products, and play a key role in driving innovation across the commercial construction industry.

The Role:

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the Pittsburgh territory, which includes Western Pennsylvania, Western New York & West Virgina. You’ll be responsible for driving profitable growth by developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and increasing adoption of our patented product solutions within the commercial construction sector.

You’ll spend approximately 80% of your time in the field—building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. Success in this role will require a proactive, hands-on approach, working closely with MEP contractors, distributors, and key project stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

Selling directly to contractors and distributors in the commercial construction industry.
Delivering technical product presentations and onsite training.

· Supporting projects from specification through installation, ensuring solutions are correctly applied and executed.

Managing your territory like a business owner.
Utilizing CRM and available market data to generate smart insights for informed strategic decision-making.

You’ll also need:

Commercial Construction experience and knowledge of MEP systems
Proven success in prospecting and direct sales (MEP/commercial construction experience preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Driver’s License (Required)
Willingness to travel (80% in your territory)
Ability to write & speak fluent English (Required)
