Staff Accountant

Dayton, OH | 100% Onsite

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

Process customer and vendor invoicing activities
Perform daily bank reconciliations and payment applications
Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close activities
Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
Collaborate with multiple departments across the organization
Assist with account reconciliations and general accounting initiatives

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
1-2 years of accounting experience or relevant accounting internships
Solid understanding of journal entries and accounting fundamentals
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
