We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team in Dayton, Ohio. This role provides essential assistance across marketing projects, helping with both routine tasks and critical digital operations. The ideal candidate will support team efficiency, manage website and product content, and ensure accurate representation of our products online and in marketing materials.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist the marketing team with daily tasks, project coordination, co-op and campaign support.
Support website management, including adding new products, updating content, and maintaining accuracy across digital channels.
Maintain marketing assets such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with internal teams, including IT and product management, to gather content, specifications, and other assets.
Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and marketing materials.
Assist with special projects and initiatives, helping the team tackle tasks that improve workflow and efficiency.
Assist National Accounts Marketing with campaigns, promotions, and strategic initiatives to support key customer relationships.
Develop and maintain consistent brand visuals across social media content, email templates, and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CMS platforms, website content management, or product management systems (Catsy experience is a plus).
Basic knowledge of marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing tools.
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience managing data entry and large datasets with accuracy.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects across departments.
