Prosthodontist — Full-Arch & Implant Restorative
Revolution Dental Implant Center | Oregon City, OR (Portland Metro)
$250,000–$300,000 base to start, plus production incentives
Four days per week | Office hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Revolution Dental Implant Center is building a practice recognized for exceptional full-arch care, advanced clinical judgment, and an uncompromising patient experience. We are seeking a Prosthodontist who wants to build meaningful expertise within that caliber of environment.

As one of the Pacific Northwest’s highest-volume implant practices—and one that remains independently owned—Revolution offers an uncommon combination of substantial case volume, modern infrastructure, clinical autonomy, and a real voice in how the practice continues to evolve.

Our restorative and surgical teams work within a fully digital platform, including photogrammetry for full-arch implant capture, AI-assisted treatment planning and case review, CBCT-guided surgical workflows, intraoral scanning, and an in-house lab providing CAD/CAM design and same-day provisionalization.

This Prosthodontist will take an active role in an advanced full-arch and implant-based restorative caseload. Candidates with established All-on-X experience will find immediate access to a high-volume clinical environment. For a prosthodontist earlier in their full-arch journey, this is an exceptional opportunity to learn alongside highly accomplished surgical and restorative providers, work on meaningful cases from day one, and develop at a pace most practices cannot offer.

This is not a sink-or-swim position. It is a place for someone who is clinically driven, collaborative, hungry to learn, and energized by the standard of care that comes from being surrounded by providers operating at a very high level.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and treatment-plan full-arch (All-on-X) and implant restorative cases
Collaborate directly with the surgical team on case sequencing and prosthetic planning
Manage provisional and final restorative phases chairside
Work hands-on with our in-house lab and digital workflow
Deepen your full-arch expertise through active case volume and peer collaboration

What We’re Looking For

DDS/DMD with completed prosthodontics residency
Active or eligible Oregon dental license
Restorative and implant experience; full-arch experience is welcome but not required
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-first mindset
A high level of personal ownership, curiosity, and commitment to continued clinical growth
