Account Manager – Portland

Integrated Healthcare Staffing

Founded in 1998, Integrated Healthcare Staffing started as a local healthcare staffing agency in Portland, Oregon. As an experienced staffing entrepreneur, our founder and CEO believed it could be done better—with more human touch, respect, and integrity.

Today, you’ll find our local branches throughout the western U.S., all offering per diem and contract opportunities for healthcare clinicians.

We are currently seeking a Account Manager & Staffing to lead our local branch office in the Portland area. As the face of Integrated in the Portland market, you'll get to know our clients and clinicians while building long-term relationships. With a total compensation package ranging from $65-75K, this is an exciting sales role with general staffing management responsibility.

While generating new business opportunities in our local market you will find that many of our clients and clinicians deeply value the investment Integrated makes in providing a local branch office that knows and understands them.

Responsibilities

· Develop new business opportunities and capture additional market share throughout the state of OR.

Drive contract negotiations and account acquisition with demonstrated problem-solving skills and closing abilities
Nurture and develop client relationships

· Personnel management and schedule organization for external employees

· Consult with clients to manage conflicts and deliver staffing solutions.

Demonstrate problem solving and closing abilities
Ensure that sales and staffing goals meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
Present a professional business office environment and appearance. Identify opportunities in market and build long-term client relationships with strategic accounts. Ensure that sales and recruiting goals meet or exceed weekly and quarterly quotas.
Confirm and submit weekly hours worked on time every week to support the quick turnaround required for Integrated’s weekly clinician payroll.
Staff healthcare professionals for daily and contract assignments.
Manage daily client orders with fellow team members
Assist with the initial interview, testing, and hiring of qualified candidates.
Pump calling facilities
Other duties as assigned by a manager

Requirements

· At least three years of sales experience in the staffing industry – staffing not required

· Healthcare experience preferred, but not required

· Bachelor’s degree preferred (compensating work experience valued)

· Experience in relationship management and business development

· Self-directed and detail-oriented

· Excellent communication skills
