Full Job Description

Be a part of Beaverton Toyota's dynamic Sales BDC Call Center Team! We are looking for a fun spirited and driven individual to join the heart of our Sales Call Center Team! If you possess call center experience and are not afraid of a high-volume Dealership with continual progressive growth, we want to talk to you! RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Must be able to master inbound and outbound call strategies.

· Excellent telephone skills are an absolute must for this position.

· Monitor personal daily, weekly and monthly sales statistics

· Handle guest questions that demand attention tactfully, promptly and with genuine care for the Guest’s concerns

· Achieve the sales and customer satisfaction objectives set by management

· Work effectively together with co-workers and managers to create maximum synergy, coordination and cooperation

· Drive daily calling activities -Inbound and outbound calling campaigns

REQUIREMENTS:

· We prefer a minimum of 1-year experience in call center, sales, BDC and/or Internet sales.

· Extensive phone customer service experience with a proven track record of success.

· We are looking for a Superstar who has excelled in previous positions.

· Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Superb customer service skills with the proven ability to resolve customer service issues and ability to follow through with customer.

· Self-starter, professional, demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and strong problem-solving skills.

· The ability to meet or exceed all department Key Performance Indicators that measure overall performance.

· Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and efficient typing and writing skills.

· Strong organizational expertise and an attention to detail.

· Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including weekends.

- Bilingual is a plus!
