- Minimum 8 years of IT infrastructure experience across servers, storage, and networking and/or backup, datacenters, cloud, virtualization, networking
- Minimum 3 years of cyber recovery or disaster recovery experience including cyber resiliency experience
Minimum 5 years Management and Client Facing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
- You have hands-on expertise with SAN and NAS environments and proficiency across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- You have experience with hypervisor and container platforms and enterprise backup and restoration tools
- You have built or maintained technical runbooks and recovery playbooks for enterprise environments
- You have experience mentoring and developing technical teams
- You have strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- You have client-facing consulting experience in cybersecurity or recovery work
