Salary range is based on days worked. We employ providers anywhere between one to five days a week, with most of our providers being on a four-day schedule.

We have been in business for 13 years and we practice in over 40 skilled nursing facilities. Ascent Healthcare is now expanding its staff and has an exciting opportunity for a Physician.
