Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects resulting from fire, water and storm damage. The Project Manager is responsible for all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial planning through final completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining schedules and budgets, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the reconstruction process. Experience in insurance-driven restoration and reconstruction is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage reconstruction projects from inception through completion, ensuring quality workmanship, schedule adherence, and budget control.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams across multiple trades.
Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and production plans.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify quality standards, and address project challenges.
Communicate regularly with customers, property owners, insurance representatives, and project stakeholders.
Review project scopes, estimates, contracts, change orders, and material requirements.
Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines, budgets, or customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, permitting, safety requirements, and project specifications.
Utilize CRM and project management software to document project activity and track performance.
Maintain accurate project records, job costing, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably involving residential remodeling, reconstruction, restoration, roofing, siding, or general contracting.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and trade coordination.
Experience leading subcontractors and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to read construction estimates, scopes of work, contracts, and project documentation.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency with CRM, project management, and scheduling software.
Sales, estimating, or customer relationship management experience is a plus.
Insurance-driven restoration and reconstruction experience preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
