Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our culinary team. As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency in our culinary offerings. You will work closely with the executive chef to develop and execute creative and innovative dishes while maintaining profitability and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

Compliance and Safety

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredient sourcing.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Creative mindset with a passion for food innovation and experimentation.
Proficiency in menu costing, inventory management, and food cost analysis.
Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.
ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training is required.
