Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our organization, providing exceptional support to our clients and visitors. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help ensure smooth daily operations, foster positive relationships, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and courteously
Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in person, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
Maintain accurate data entry records using software, and word processing tools
Support clerical tasks including filing, copying, and organizing office supplies to ensure a well-run workspace

Requirements

Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook) and data entry skills
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and scanners
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
