The Ideal Candidate Has:

Drive: A proven ability to maintain high daily call volume and hit revenue goals.
Tenacity: A strong close rate and a disciplined approach to pipeline follow-up.
Relevant Experience: A background in inside sales, call center sales, appointment setting, or any high-volume customer-facing role.
Presence: A highly confident, empathetic, and persuasive phone voice.

What a typical day looks like:

Inbound and outbound calls with customers who are setting up home services
Build quick rapport and understand their move timeline
Walk them through electricity, internet, TV, and security options
Handle questions and objections while guiding them toward the best solution
Recommend additional services when they genuinely improve the customer’s setup
Close the sale and earn commission on every completed order
Follow up with interested customers and keep your pipeline moving

1–2+ years of sales experience (Inside sales or call center preferred)
