Full Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager ready to take full ownership of $50M+ utility and industrial projects—driving execution, mentoring future leaders, and influencing long-term client strategy.

What You’ll Do

Lead full lifecycle execution of large-scale utility and industrial electrical projects, ensuring excellence in Quality, Safety, and Productivity (QSP)
Drive schedule adherence, cost control, and risk mitigation, protecting margin while ensuring predictable, high-performance project delivery
Own change order strategy, pricing, and negotiation to maximize project profitability and client alignment
Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and field operations to ensure seamless interdisciplinary execution
Develop and mentor Project Managers, APMs, and field leaders, building a strong pipeline of future leadership
Strengthen long-term client relationships through consistent execution, transparency, and results-driven performance
Champion a field-first culture, ensuring safety is embedded in every decision and productivity is continuously optimized

What You Bring

7+ years of experience in utility, industrial, or infrastructure construction project management (Transmission & Distribution, substations, industrial power, EPC, or heavy civil/transportation projects strongly considered)
Proven success managing multimillion-dollar projects ($20M–$50M+) across the full lifecycle

Strong expertise in:

Project financials, forecasting, and cost control
Change order management and contract execution
Cross-functional team leadership (engineering + field operations)
A collaborative, mentor-oriented leadership style grounded in accountability and QSP principles
Experience working for contractors or EPC environments responsible for execution and field performance

This role is a strong fit for:
