Full Job Description

Forum Health is a nationwide network of medical providers and offices specializing in precision integrative and functional medical services.

We are looking for a full-time Front Office Coordinator to support our Akron(Fairlawn, OH) office.

The Front Office Coordinator provides outstanding customer service to patients and administrative support to our medical team in a fast-paced clinical environment. This position manages a high volume of patient interactions and phone calls.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 8:30am - 4:30pm, and Fridays from 8:00am - 12:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Greet Patients
Answer incoming calls, faxes and emails
Taking detailed messages for the Medical staff
Provide each patient with excellent, personalized service
Scheduling appointments
Invoicing and inventory control
Accounts Receivable
Order fulfillment and shipping
Patient documentation

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required
At least 2 years of experience in a medical office environment
Excellent customer service skills
QuickBooks experience a plus
Excellent phone etiquette
Detail oriented
Ability to Multitask
Team Player
Holistic Health experience a plus
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Comfortable with daily office and administrative duties
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
