Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments.
Front Desk Duties: Greeting patients, answering phone calls, and managing the front desk.
Billing and Insurance: Handling billing tasks, processing insurance claims, and managing financial transactions.
Patient Care:
Patient Duties: Putting patients on and off the decompression machine and walking patients back to see the Doctor.
Patient Intake: Assisting in the completion of patient intake forms and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Vital Signs: Recording and monitoring patient vital signs as directed by the chiropractor.
Assisting with Therapies: Helping patients with prescribed therapies or exercises under the chiropractor's guidance.
Educating Patients: Providing information to patients about chiropractic care, treatment plans, and home care instructions.
Clinical Support:
Preparing Treatment Rooms: Setting up treatment rooms with necessary equipment and supplies.
Assisting Chiropractors: Providing support during chiropractic adjustments or other treatments.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in treatment areas.
Record-Keeping:
Maintaining Patient Records: Updating and maintaining accurate patient records and files.
Filing and Documentation: Organizing and filing paperwork related to patient care, billing, and other administrative tasks.
Communication:
Communicating with Patients: Providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns from patients.
Communication with Other Healthcare Professionals: Collaborating with other healthcare providers or professionals as needed.
Communication with attorneys and other legal representatives: Sending case updates on any personal injury patients in treatment
Efficiency in responding to emails: Must be efficient in google mail

Adhering to Regulations: Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
HIPAA Compliance: Safeguarding patient privacy and adhering to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Professional Development:
Continuing Education: Staying informed about developments in chiropractic care and related fields.
Training: Participating in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Texas Licensed Notary Preferred, not required
Experience:
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a chiropractic clinic, can be beneficial but is not required.
- Experience in administrative roles, customer service, or receptionist positions is valued.
- Prior experience with Personal Injury tasks is preferred but is not required.
