TRAVEL POSITION | WISCONSIN & INDIANA

$40.00+/HR DOE
$45/DAY PER DIEM
HOTEL ROOM PROVIDED
OVERTIME AVAILABLE
WEEKLY PAY

Premier Staffing Solution is seeking experienced CNC Maintenance Technicians for multiple foundry facilities located throughout Wisconsin and Indiana. We are looking for candidates with strong CNC machine tool maintenance experience in a machining or manufacturing environment.

PAY & BENEFITS

Starting at $40.00+/Hour DOE
$45 Per Diem Per Day Worked
Hotel Accommodations Provided
Overtime Available
Weekly Pay

RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot and repair CNC machine tools and machining centers
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment
Diagnose and repair spindle, axis, servo, and ATC (Automatic Tool Changer) systems
Troubleshoot Fanuc, Mazak, and Okuma controls
Repair motors, drives, ball screws, bearings, and machine components
Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Support production by minimizing machine downtime
Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting as needed
Follow all plant safety procedures and maintenance standards

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years of CNC Maintenance experience
Foundry experience preferred
Experience maintaining CNC machine tools in a machining or manufacturing environment
Experience with Fanuc, Mazak, or Okuma controls
Experience troubleshooting spindles, axis systems, and ATC units
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment

Multiple Facilities Throughout Wisconsin & Indiana

Candidates must be flexible to work the shift and schedule assigned upon arrival.
