Full Job Description

Join our dynamic facilities management team as a Maintenance Supervisor, where you will oversee operations across multiple facilities and manage maintenance staff while coordinating a wide variety of maintenance activities. This role ensures buildings, equipment, and systems operate safely and efficiently by supervising personnel, managing preventive maintenance programs, responding to operational issues, coordinating contractors, and overseeing administrative maintenance functions.

Your proactive approach will help maintain high standards of equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and administrative responsibilities.

Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors to execute routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across all facility systems.
Supervise and support maintenance staff, assign tasks, monitor productivity, and provide training.
Inspect facilities and equipment to identify repair needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Manage administrative functions, maintenance logs, reports, inventory, and CMMS systems (Nodafi, APSM, Concur).
Manage daily facility maintenance operations
Schedule and coordinate contractor inspections, employee training, and required certifications.
Respond to emergency maintenance situations promptly to minimize downtime.
Monitor facilities for potential hazards or failures, conducting inspections to prevent downtime or accidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve facility operations, optimize energy use, and reduce downtime through proactive maintenance strategies.
Maintain a rotating on-call schedule

3-5 years of general maintenance experience
experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance supervision with strong leadership skills.
Strong project management skills to oversee maintenance projects from planning through execution.
Excellent communication skills, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA 30 preferred
