Full Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized & driven Sales Administrative Assistant to support our growing sales team and office operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining a professional, efficient workplace while providing critical support to the sales team & cross-functional departments in reporting, coordination, and day-to-day administrative functions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of daily responsibilities, and brings a strong sense of urgency, organization, and service to both internal teams and external visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations & Administration

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Greeting visitors, handling/triaging calls, and coordinating guest access
Oversee mail, packages, and internal distribution.
Maintain cafe and common areas (coffee station, dishwasher, general upkeep)
Order & organize office, café, and cleaning supplies
Coordinate basic office upkeep tasks (recycling, shredding, restocking, etc.)

Sales Administrative Support

Assist with sales reporting, including meeting reports and 30-60-90 sales data compilation.
Maintain and update sales tracking tools and documentation.
Support lead generation efforts, including list management and assignment coordination with sales leadership team.
Document meetings, track action items, and provide follow-up support as assigned.
Maintain updates within Microsoft Teams and internal systems.
Coordinate sample feedback collection and internal communication flow
Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination

Events & Special Projects

Provide support for company events (internal events, customer/vendor functions)
Assist with training materials and process documentation as needed
Support college recruiting efforts and early talent initiatives.
Other duties as assigned for company/team needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in business or a related field preferred OR 1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative, sales support, or office operations roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
Professional communication skills (in-person, phone, and written)
Microsoft Suite familiarity is required. (at minimum: Excel, Word, & Outlook). Preferred experience in: MS Teams, SharePoint, & PowerPoint as well.
Self-starter mindset with a service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work Independently and within a team is required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
