What You'll Do
As an Optical Sales Associate, you'll play an important role in helping patients choose eyewear that fits their prescription, lifestyle, personality, and budget.
You'll:
- Guide patients through selecting frames and lenses they'll love
- Recommend lens options and coatings based on each patient's unique needs
- Adjust and fit eyewear for comfort and optimal vision
- Educate patients about their eyewear and answer questions
- Process orders accurately and communicate with insurance companies when needed
- Learn the latest optical technology, products, and trends
- Work closely with doctors and teammates to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Every day is different. You'll combine customer service, fashion, technical knowledge, and problem-solving to help people see and feel their best.
