CNC Machine OperatorNoreen Firearms & 1st Barrels – Belgrade, Montana

No machining career starts as an expert. We are willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude, work ethic, and mechanical aptitude.

What You'll Do

Operate CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers.
Load and unload parts while maintaining production flow.
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
Make basic machine and tool offset adjustments.
Replace worn or broken cutting tools.
Prepare raw material using bandsaws.
Load and unload vibratory tumblers.
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean.
Track production and inventory accurately.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous CNC machine operation experience.
Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
Basic computer skills.
CAD/CAM or CNC programming experience is a plus—but not required.

Compensation
