Full Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Review, issue, and place purchase orders with vendors; follow up on order status to ensure on-time delivery.
Acknowledge customer orders and issue order confirmations in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively externally and internally to ensure updates and changes are aligned and completed accurately.
Monitor inventory levels, forecast future purchasing needs, and track incoming shipments.
Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Update order status reports promptly and ensure information is current and accurate.
Resolve order discrepancies and follow up on delays, shortages, or shipping issues as needed.
Support continuous improvement in purchasing and order processing workflows.

Qualifications

Experience in purchasing, order processing, supply chain, or customer service is preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with ERP or order management systems is a plus.
Mandarin language skills are a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
