POSITION SUMMARY
AH Group is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented On-Site Parts Processor to join our field operations team embedded at a customer manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day physical handling, movement, and inventory tracking of MRO industrial parts directly at the customer site, ensuring parts are received, processed, stored, and shipped with accuracy and urgency.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires someone who takes pride in their work, communicates proactively, and understands that every part they touch supports a customer's ability to keep their operation running. Acting with urgency, maintaining impeccable organization, and delivering exceptional customer service are core expectations of this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move materials, parts, and pallets throughout the customer facility in compliance with all safety protocols and site requirements.

Palletizing: Stack, secure, and prepare parts and materials on pallets for storage, staging, or outbound shipment; ensure loads are stable and properly labeled.

Receiving & Shipping: Receive incoming deliveries and load outgoing shipments; verify part counts, inspect condition, document discrepancies, and escalate issues promptly.

Inventory & ERP Updates: Accurately enter and update part data, transactions, and movements in ERP inventory systems in real time to ensure records remain current. Full system training will be provided.

Parts Scrapping: Identify, document, and properly process failed or damaged parts for disposal in accordance with customer protocols and AH Group procedures.

Organization & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment across parts storage areas, staging zones, and the warehouse floor at all times.

Customer Communication: Interact professionally with customer plant personnel, conveying part status updates, escalating concerns, and representing AH Group with a service-first attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required

Forklift operation experience required; current certification preferred, or demonstrated willingness to obtain certification

Ability to perform sustained physical labor: lifting up to 40 lbs, palletizing, loading/unloading, and standing for extended periods throughout the shift

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Basic computer proficiency for data entry into inventory or ERP systems

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic; able to work independently at a customer site with minimal supervision

Clear communication skills for coordinating with teammates, customer personnel, and suppliers

Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial parts environment

Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, or similar); full training provided to the right candidate

Experience in a customer-facing or on-site embedded role

Pallet jack operation experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Frequent lifting of industrial parts and components up to 40 lbs; team lifts required for heavier items

Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday

Operation of forklift and material handling equipment in an active warehouse or plant environment

Work in varying indoor facility conditions, including exposure to noise, machinery, and industrial environments typical of manufacturing plants
BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK
The On-Site Parts Processor performs the following core functions on a daily basis:

Operate a forklift to move and palletize MRO industrial machine spare parts

Receive and load deliveries at the customer site; verify and document all transactions

Enter and update inventory transactions accurately in ERP systems

Process and scrap broken or failed parts per customer and AH Group procedures

Maintain organization and housekeeping standards across parts storage and warehouse areas

Communicate clearly with customer site personnel and operations team
