Staff Accountant

Are you an early-career accounting professional looking for more than just your next job? We're seeking a Staff Accountant who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within a collaborative finance team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work directly with an experienced accounting leader who is passionate about coaching, developing talent, and helping team members advance their careers.

If you're naturally curious, enjoy solving problems, and want exposure to a wide variety of accounting and finance functions, this role offers the chance to build a strong foundation while making meaningful contributions to the business.

What You'll Do

As a member of our accounting team, you'll gain hands-on experience across many areas of the finance function, including:

Supporting the monthly financial close process and maintaining accurate financial records.
Preparing account reconciliations and assisting with financial reporting.
Working with cash management, vendor payments, and general accounting activities.
Assisting with accounts payable, customer invoicing, and payroll support.
Partnering with colleagues across the organization to ensure financial information is complete and accurate.
Participating in budgeting, reporting, and special projects that help drive business decisions.
Contributing ideas to improve processes and increase efficiency as you grow in the role.

This position provides broad exposure to accounting operations, allowing you to expand your technical knowledge while developing business acumen.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and 0-2yrs of accounting experience.
Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to grow professionally.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
