Full Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, driven and dependable person to work directly with senior leadership across several growing Omaha businesses. Work Side by Side with the Number #1 Team in the country for Berkshire and #1 team in the State of Nebraska

Our companies operate in real estate, mortgage, insurance, title, coaching and real estate investing. This position will provide a behind-the-scenes look at how multiple businesses are operated, improved and scaled.

This is not a traditional executive assistant role focused only on calendars and routine administrative work. The person we hire will attend leadership meetings, organize priorities, gather updates from departments, follow up on assignments and make sure important tasks are completed.

The core purpose of this role is simple:

Turn leadership conversations into clear action items—and help close the loop until the work is finished.

Primary Responsibilities

Work directly with the General Manager and Director of Sales and Operations
Manage calendars, meetings, scheduling, reminders and meeting preparation
Attend leadership and department meetings
Take organized notes and document decisions, owners, deadlines and next steps
Send meeting recaps and follow up on outstanding responsibilities
Check in with leaders across real estate, mortgage, insurance, title, marketing, administration, recruiting and analytics
Gather updates on projects, staffing, challenges and unresolved issues
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly company checklists
Help leadership organize and prioritize multiple projects
Complete administrative tasks, research and special projects
Draft emails, internal communications and basic reports
Help coordinate recruiting events, career nights and company events
Identify problems, ask questions and solve smaller issues independently
Help improve workflows, checklists and operating systems over time
Use Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and AI tools to work efficiently

Who We Are Looking For

Able to communicate professionally with executives, employees, agents and vendors
Capable of working independently without constant supervision
Comfortable managing changing priorities

Able to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion
Interested in learning, growing and taking on greater responsibility

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Comfortable using AI tools or motivated to learn them
Ability to work in our Omaha office Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Availability for approximately one to two evening events per month
Ability to pass a background check

A college degree and prior administrative, project coordination, executive support or operations experience are preferred, but not required.

Real estate experience is not required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
