Location: Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska
Position Type: Full-Time
Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required
Employment Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award

Position Overview

Valor 3 Services is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to senior leadership within the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (55 WG/JA) at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key liaison between leadership, military personnel, and external organizations while ensuring efficient office operations, maintaining sensitive information, and supporting critical administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, experience working in a military environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership within the 55th Wing Office of the Staff Judge Advocate.
Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership, military personnel, external agencies, and community partners.
Manage and maintain executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments.
Track deadlines, deliverables, suspense items, and action items.
Prepare, edit, format, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other official documents.
Answer and respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally.
Attend meetings and conferences as directed and provide follow-up support.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform data entry, records management, scanning, uploading, and maintenance of electronic records.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, policies, safety requirements, and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in any field.
Minimum one year of clerical, administrative, or data-entry experience in an office environment.
Minimum one year of experience working in a military environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
Strong organizational, time management, communication, and customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Active Secret Security Clearance required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting military legal, command, or executive leadership offices.
Familiarity with Air Force administrative processes and protocols.
Experience managing executive calendars and coordinating senior-level meeting.

Contingency Statement

This position is contingent upon contract award. Employment offers are subject to successful contract award, verification of qualifications, and maintenance of required security clearance eligibility.
