About the Role:

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely onboarding experience for new clients. This role coordinates client implementations, performs technical setup and data testing, and guides customers through the introduction and early operation of their Navia benefits plan. The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.

What You’ll Do:

Client Implementation & Coordination

Coordinate and assist in the execution of client implementations by leveraging internal resources needed to import client files.
Prioritize client onboarding tasks to ensure timely processing and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
Engage with third-party vendors to build and support data migration processes for complex client implementations.
Assist with planning and performing implementation duties for acquired clients, including data migration.

Technical Setup & Data Management

Test incoming client files for compliance, accuracy, and system readiness.
Perform the technical setup of customer information within Navia systems and applications.
Ensure all required plan processes and operations are successfully configured before go‑live.

Customer Support & Guidance

Lead customers through the application, configuration, and launch of their Navia benefits plan.
Educate customers on the regulatory, technical, and operational aspects of their benefits.
Provide ongoing monitoring and support through the first 3–4 months of plan participation, ensuring a seamless transition into active operations.

Ongoing Plan Monitoring

Monitor enrollment and participation trends as plans begin, resolving issues proactively.
Ensure operational accuracy and client satisfaction during the initial months of the benefit period.

Additional Responsibilities

Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to support implementation success.
Maintain documentation and adherence to compliance standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

o Experience in benefits administration, HR technology, SaaS onboarding, or related fields.

o Familiarity with data migration, file testing, or system configuration.

o Experience guiding customers through technical or regulatory processes.

Skills:

o Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects.

o Technical aptitude and comfort working with data files, system configuration, and testing processes.

o Excellent customer communication—both instructional and consultative.

o Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

o Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.

o Ability to thrive in a deadline‑driven environment.

Work Environment:

Candidates within 30 miles of one of our four office locations may be asked to come into the office for a hybrid schedule depending on the role.
