Senior Software Engineer – AI & Automation

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of AI-driven and automation-focused solutions. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, focusing on building scalable applications, integrating AI services, and leveraging low-code platforms to improve business processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications and APIs
- Build and integrate AI/ML solutions (LLMs, cognitive services, etc.)
- Develop automation workflows using tools like Microsoft Power Platform
- Lead technical direction for a team of engineers and ensure high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
- Drive best practices in software engineering (TDD, CI/CD, code reviews)
- Contribute to AI and automation strategy across teams
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack development experience (C#, Java, or similar)
- Experience building scalable, distributed systems in the cloud
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLM integrations
- Experience with workflow automation or low-code platforms (Power Platform preferred)
- Proven ability to lead technical delivery and mentor engineers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft stack (.NET, Azure, SQL Server)
- Experience with Angular or modern frontend frameworks
- Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, etc.)
