About Us
Analog Heart is a creative design + build studio specializing in scenic construction, fabrication, and experiential design for attractions, events, and marketing activations. We partner with organizations to bring bold concepts to life through immersive environments, custom builds, and branded experiences.

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for building and maintaining Analog Heart’s marketing presence, communications, content, and sales-enablement materials.

Reporting initially to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will establish a consistent marketing foundation across newsletters, social media, website content, case studies, presentations, public relations, and other communications that support the CEO and Production Designers in client-development activities.

We are looking for a digitally fluent creative professional who writes exceptionally well, has strong visual judgment, understands how to tell the story of complex creative work, and is comfortable personally creating and publishing content. The right candidate will understand—or quickly learn—the experiential, design-build, entertainment, fabrication, or related creative-services industry and will help Analog Heart grow a relevant, engaged audience.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Communications

Develop and maintain a practical content plan aligned with company priorities, active and completed projects, industry events, and sales needs.
Write, edit, produce, and publish compelling content that communicates Analog Heart’s capabilities, project outcomes, creative and technical expertise, people, process, and point of view.
Own the company newsletter from planning and writing through distribution and measurement, establishing a consistent communication cadence with clients, prospects, partners, and followers.
Interview employees, clients, and partners as needed, and repurpose project information across multiple channels while maintaining a consistent and recognizable company voice.

Social Media & Audience Development

Own Analog Heart’s day-to-day social media presence, including writing, scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and responding or routing engagement as appropriate.
Build the company’s follower base and increase meaningful engagement with clients, prospects, partners, employees, and the broader industry.
Develop channel-appropriate content and stay current on platform practices, relevant industry communities, conversations, and opportunities to expand Analog Heart’s reach.

Website, Case Studies & Sales Enablement

Maintain fresh, accurate website content, including project pages, capability information, news, insights, and company updates, using practical SEO and analytics to improve effectiveness.
Build and maintain a strong library of project stories and case studies by gathering objectives, challenges, process details, outcomes, photography, video, approvals, and credits from project teams.
Create and maintain capability presentations, credentials decks, project sheets, presentation templates, and other materials that help the CEO and Production Designers communicate effectively with prospective and existing clients.
Tailor marketing and sales-enablement materials for specific clients, industries, opportunities, meetings, and follow-up communications.

Brand, PR & Visual Content

Protect the quality and consistency of Analog Heart’s messaging and visual identity across digital, print, presentations, and communications.
Identify relevant media, publications, awards, events, speaking opportunities, and other ways to increase the company’s industry visibility.
Draft project announcements, award submissions, press materials, and other external communications as needed.
Bring a strong visual eye to storytelling; coordinate photography and video needs with internal contributors or outside resources, and maintain an organized library of approved visual assets.

Measurement & Marketing Operations

Establish practical marketing metrics and track publishing consistency, newsletter performance, audience growth, social engagement, website activity, content performance, and development of marketing assets.
Maintain the marketing calendar, deadlines, subscriptions, vendor relationships, approved budget, source materials, permissions, credentials, and account access.
Build repeatable marketing practices that can support a larger Sales and Marketing function and more formal campaigns over time.

Qualifications

Required

Professional experience in content marketing, communications, digital marketing, social media, or a closely related field.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with demonstrated ability to write for different channels and audiences.
Hands-on experience creating newsletters, social content, website copy, presentations, and collateral.
Strong working knowledge of major social platforms and digital publishing practices, with experience growing and engaging an audience.
Strong visual judgment and the ability to recognize effective photography, video, design, and storytelling.
Ability to independently plan, create, publish, and manage content while coordinating with busy internal contributors.
Strong organizational and project-management skills, with comfort managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Understanding of how marketing supports relationship-based, consultative, and project-based sales.
A portfolio or examples of written, digital, social, or multimedia work.

Preferred

Experience in experiential design, entertainment, themed environments, exhibits, events, architecture, fabrication, creative services, construction, or another project-based design-build industry.
Experience marketing custom projects and developing case studies from complex multidisciplinary work.
Familiarity with website content-management systems, email platforms, analytics, SEO, social scheduling, and basic image editing.
Experience working in a small or mid-sized company where the role requires both sound judgment and hands-on execution.

Consistent, high-quality publishing across priority channels, with clear marketing ownership, organization, and measurement.
Meaningful growth in relevant followers and engagement, supported by stronger website content, project storytelling, case studies, and visual assets.
Improved sales-enablement support for the CEO and Production Designers, with a solid foundation for future campaigns and lead-generation programs.

Pay: $81,200.00 - $95,000.00 per year
