Full Job Description

Office Clerk/ Assistant in Busy Oil Delivery Company

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team working in a new office environment.You might be the perfect candidate if you are someone who is highly detail-oriented with a flexible and adaptable nature. Along with excellent verbal and written communication skills who can interact effectively with both customers and co-workers. You will also possess the ability to function equally well in both a team environment and independently.

Customer Service –Manage & Update Customer accounts.
Basic Bookkeeping - Data entry, customer invoicing, payment posting and collections.
Processing orders by phone and on-line portal for Oil Delivery

Will also be responsible for the day to day office operation such as multi-line/high volume phone calls, filing and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail while multitasking
Superior Customer Service and Problem Solving skills
Candidates must also be comfortable with MS Office & Computer Skills
Experience a plus but willing to train the right candidate
Industry experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type:Full Time - Office Hours 8:30- 5PM M-F

Salary:Salary to be determined
