What You'll Do
As a Lead Carpenter, you'll oversee restoration projects from start to finish while mentoring your crew and delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage residential restoration projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor apprentices and crew members through hands-on training.
- Coordinate with project managers and homeowners to keep projects on schedule and exceed expectations.
- Represent Anchor Point Construction professionally on every job site.
- Operate and maintain a company-provided take-home vehicle.
- Perform skilled carpentry and other construction tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of construction experience
- Proven carpentry skills and strong attention to detail
- Leadership experience or the desire to grow into a leadership role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work on-site throughout Whatcom and Skagit counties
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience
