New York Online Realty (and associated companies including AllSpaces.com and Vesnwo.com) is a fast-paced, investor-minded real estate firm specializing in Property Management, Rentals, Sales, and Investment Opportunities throughout Long Island and the Five Boroughs.
We are looking for a high-energy, positive, and versatile Administrative Assistant / Receptionist / Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This is a unique "hybrid" role where you will manage the front office, provide administrative support, and gain hands-on experience in the property management and real estate investment industry.
We are not just looking for an employee; we are looking for a partner in growth who wants to invest in themselves and build a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration: Serve as the professional face and voice of our companies—handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits with a positive attitude.
- Real Estate Support: Assist in managing rental listings, coordinating showings, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records across our various platforms.
- Assistant Property Management: Learn the operational side of management by handling tenant requests, coordinating with vendors, tracking maintenance, and following up on rent collection.
- Versatile Coordination: Support senior management across our different brand entities (NYOnlineRealty.com, AllSpaces.com, Vesnwo.com) to ensure smooth operations.
- System Management: Utilize our CRM and office software to keep data organized, follow up with leads, and update property portfolios.
Who You Are
- Fast Learner & Tech Savvy: You pick up new software and processes quickly and enjoy the "hustle" of a busy real estate environment.
- Growth-Oriented: You aren’t looking for just a 9-to-5; you want to learn the business of real estate, learn how to invest, and move up within the company.
- Positive & Motivated: You have a "can-do" spirit and are disciplined enough to manage your own tasks without being micromanaged.
- Real Estate Interest: You either have a current New York Real Estate License or are motivated to obtain one in the near future.
- Investor Mindset: You are interested in learning how to build wealth through real estate and want to work for a company that values an ownership mentality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in reception, office administration, or customer service is a plus, but we will train the right personality.
- New York Real Estate License (Current or in-progress) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation for local errands or occasional property visits.
Why Join New York Online Realty?
- Advancement Opportunities: We promote from within. As you master the admin role, you can grow into a full Leasing Agent, Property Manager, or Investment Associate.
- Dynamic Culture: Work with a team that owns, operates, and understands real estate from an investor’s perspective.
- Education: Learn the "ins and outs" of the NY real estate market, from foreclosures and property preservation to high-end rentals and sales.
- Supportive Environment: We believe in investing in our people—when you win, the company wins!
