Full Job Description

Position Summary

The Procurement Specialist plays a key role in supporting Enviro-Master's procurement strategy by serving as the primary liaison between franchisees, suppliers, and internal departments. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day procurement operations, maintaining the franchise ordering platform, managing supplier relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to franchisees across the system.

The Procurement Specialist works closely with the Procurement Director to execute strategic initiatives, support new product launches, maintain procurement reporting, and drive continuous improvements across the supply chain. This role offers opportunities for professional growth through supplier engagement, operational ownership, and participation in strategic sourcing initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities

Franchise & Vendor Support
Serve as the primary liaison between franchisees and preferred vendors.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to procurement-related inquiries.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with franchisees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Resolve purchasing issues, backorders, shipping concerns, and product availability questions.

Procurement Operations

Own the Purchasing Help Desk and ensure timely resolution of requests.
Manage day-to-day procurement operations and purchasing support activities.
Coordinate supplier communications regarding product availability, lead times, and inventory.
Assist in monitoring product performance and procurement initiatives.

E-Store Management

Maintain and update the franchise ordering platform (E-Store).
Coordinate product additions, pricing updates, item maintenance, and product launches.
Work cross-functionally with IT and vendors to ensure ordering accuracy and functionality.
Support testing and implementation of new E-Store features and enhancements.

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare and maintain procurement reports and dashboards.
Monitor purchasing trends, supplier performance, inventory levels, and backorders.
Assist the Procurement Manager with reporting and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process improvements through reporting and analytics.

Supplier Management

Assist in coordinating vendor onboarding and product rollouts.
Participate in supplier meetings and business reviews.
Travel with the Procurement Manager to visit suppliers and strengthen vendor partnerships.
Support supplier negotiations and relationship management initiatives.

Product & Program Support

Assist with new product introductions and system-wide product launches.
Coordinate procurement-related communications with franchisees.
Support vendor events, trade shows, and supplier engagement activities.
Assist with implementation of strategic procurement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of experience in customer service, or operations.
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with purchasing systems, ERP platforms, or e-commerce systems preferred.

Work Environment

Ability to travel domestically as business needs require.
