Location: Charlotte (HQ, most preferred location), Raleigh, NC or Greenville, SC
Territory: North Carolina and South Carolina

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager specializing in cabinetry to lead our sales efforts across designated regions. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by developing strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will empower you to meet and exceed sales targets, foster long-term partnerships, and promote innovative cabinetry solutions within a competitive corporate environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the growth trajectory of our cabinetry division through proactive business development, effective negotiation, and expert client communication.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within assigned territory, focusing on cabinetry solutions.
Identify new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and industry research to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Manage existing customer accounts by providing exceptional client relationship management, understanding their needs, and offering tailored cabinetry solutions.
Conduct engaging product presentations and technical sales demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions of cabinetry offerings.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Collaborate with other teams to implement targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive demand in the territory.
Utilize CRM systems like HubSpot/Monday to track sales activities, manage customer data, analyze sales trends, and forecast future performance.
Lead negotiations with enterprise clients in a B2B (business-to-business) environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving sales goals.
Provide ongoing training and leadership within the team to foster a high-performance sales culture focused on closing deals and exceeding targets.

Experience

At least three years of successful B2B outside-sales experience in cabinetry, kitchen and bath products, building materials, construction products, or a related industry.
Proven success in technical or software sales within a corporate or enterprise selling environment, preferably involving cabinetry or related industries.
Strong background in business development strategies including warm calling, lead generation, and pipeline management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical product details clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Experience working within a fast-paced enterprise selling environment that emphasizes meeting or exceeding sales goals through strategic planning and analysis skills.
Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration while managing customer accounts independently with professionalism and integrity.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Working knowledge of cabinet construction, building products, or residential construction.· Ability to work independently in a growing, entrepreneurial business environment.
