Job Summary:

Configure IT systems for new users which would include new computer builds, installing software and configuring new users in active directory and Microsoft Azure.
Configure security cameras and assist in installation.
Configure and administer Meraki network systems.
Upgrade and migrate Agris Oneweigh systems
Help desk support for end user issues.

Additional Responsibilities:

Assist with disposal of IT equipment End of Life.
Configure and administer our Mitel phone system
Administer our Brivo door access system.

2-3 years of experience with IT infrastructure and systems.
Ability to work and communicate effectively with team members, supervisors and end users.
Complete job-related certifications and ongoing training in the field.
