Job Summary
Join our dynamic fitness team as a Certified Personal Trainer and ignite the passion for health and wellness in every client you serve! In this energetic role, you will design personalized training programs, motivate individuals and groups, and foster a positive environment that encourages progress and confidence. Your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics will empower clients to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring safe and effective workouts. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives through expert guidance and enthusiastic support.

Duties

Develop customized fitness programs tailored to each client’s goals, fitness level, and health status, incorporating principles of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
Lead individual and group training sessions with energy, clarity, and motivation to maximize engagement and results
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, safety protocols, and injury prevention strategies based on sound knowledge of sports coaching and physical education
Promote the benefits of personal training services to prospective clients, contributing to fitness sales efforts and club growth
Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of goals
Maintain a clean, organized gym environment while adhering to safety standards and health club policies
Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices in fitness training to deliver innovative and effective programs

Qualifications

Certification as a Personal Trainer from an accredited organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) is required
Demonstrated knowledge of physiology, anatomy, sports coaching, and program design principles
Experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or teaching physical education is highly desirable
Strong understanding of body mechanics and injury prevention techniques
Proven ability to motivate clients through energetic coaching and positive communication skills
Sales experience or aptitude for fitness sales to effectively promote services within the health club environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals
