Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Receptionist / Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with general bookkeeping duties, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial management. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and software. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving law office while sharpening your skills in both administrative support and accounting.

Duties

Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism to create a welcoming environment.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, appointments, and scheduling for the office.
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently, ensuring timely payments.
Maintain financial data.
Support technical accounting functions such as double-entry bookkeeping, account analysis, and general ledger accounting processes.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism through phone etiquette and organizational skills that enhance team productivity.
