What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage small painting crews on residential and commercial projects
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction
- Train and mentor entry-level painters
- Prepare surfaces (sanding, taping, priming) and apply paint using various techniques
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Help solve problems and improve processes during weekly team meetings
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional painting experience (required)
- Leadership or crew management experience (preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Ability to commute to job sites in and around Bemidji, MN
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, coachable, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others grow

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Day shifts (8–10 hour shifts)
- No nights
