Front Desk Receptionist (Weekend Position) – Bend Location

Heal Grow Thrive Medicine is seeking a warm, reliable, and professional front-desk receptionist to support our Bend clinic. We are a busy, patient-centered wellness practice offering acupuncture, massage therapy, skincare, nutritional support, and Chinese herbal medicine. Learn more at hgtmedicine.com.

As the first point of contact, your presence sets the tone. You will ensure the clinic flows smoothly, support providers, and help maintain an atmosphere where patients feel cared for from the moment they walk in the door.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical or service environment and enjoys staying organized, centered, and friendly while multitasking.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and manage check-in with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones and emails, schedule appointments, collect payments
Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment through light daily cleaning
Support providers by ensuring smooth room turnover and workflow
Learn and use our practice management software accurately
Perform administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, inventory)
Maintain absolute patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Comfortable in a busy, high-volume environment with continuous patient flow
Computer-literate and able to learn new systems quickly
Excellent communication (phone, email, in-person)
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Able to maintain a calm, professional demeanor during busy periods
Prior medical office or high-volume service experience preferred
Examples: medical front desk, optical clinics, hospital registration, restaurant serving, hospitality

This is an active, high-volume clinical role — not a spa reception position.

Schedule

Friday, Saturday, Sunday (daytime hours)
Occasional fill-in at our Redmond location when needed
Exact hours will be discussed during the interview

This position is ideal for someone seeking consistent weekends and meaningful work supporting patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

$20–$22 per hour DOE
90-day performance review with raise opportunity
