Part-Time Medical Receptionist / Front Desk

Resolve Physical Therapy – Westside Bend, OR

Our front desk isn’t just the first point of contact—it’s the heartbeat of our clinic. Resolve PT is searching for a reliable, warm, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to support our team of five physical therapists and help create a smooth, positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

If you enjoy being the go-to person, keeping a busy office running seamlessly, and making meaningful connections with patients, this role is truly the center of our clinic.

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 1:45pm – 5:30pm

*With every other Friday 7:45am - 12:00pm

What You’ll Do

Welcome every patient with genuine customer service and professionalism
Manage scheduling for new and returning patients (in person, by phone, email, and text)
Answer phones, return messages, and coordinate patient flow for a 5-provider team
Keep our front office organized—scanning, faxing, filing, mail, and general admin tasks
Collect payments at time of service
Be comfortable discussing insurance benefits and helping patients understand what their coverage means
Assist with light marketing tasks such as social media posting, Canva designs, or simple content updates (experience is a plus!)
Support our therapists and office manager with day-to-day operational needs

What We’re Looking For

Prior medical receptionist or medical office experience (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’re friendly, patient, and confident
Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Comfortable working independently once trained
Tech-savvy and confident using Apple products and Google Workspace
Bonus: Experience with Canva, Instagram, or basic marketing tasks for a business
