Academy West Breathing Performance is a world class, one-of-a-kind physical therapy clinic that is innovating the science and application of functional breathing. We help individuals and groups across the human spectrum of age, ability, and pathology to improve their breathing for longevity, rehabilitation, athletic performance and quality of life.

We’re looking for a clinical administrator to help manage the schedule of our therapists, be the direct link to people contacting our business all while being a warm, helpful supporter of our greater mission. You’ll need a blend of organization and flexibility. Our industry is about meeting people where they are and providing clarity in times of confusion. The ideal candidate will happily cross all the T’s and dot all the I’s while understanding that clear communication is the life blood of what we do.

What You’ll Do:

Ensure that patients and athletes get the best experience at our clinic and that our entire team’s schedule is organized.
Connect directly with people who are a part of our community or interested in our services.
Explain what we do and why we do it in a variety of settings.
Keep therapists schedules organized and make changes when needed.
Be the communication hub for Academy West Breathing Performance
