Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized House Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee the smooth operation of a private residence while providing some personal care for an adult female with disabilities. This role combines household management, grocery and pharmacy pick up, transportation, light cooking, laundry and companionship. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for people. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-maintained home while supporting the daily needs of the household and the people that live there. The adult female is very smart, kind, witty and has an amazingly positive attitude! She is a highly functioning quad amputee with prosthetic legs and is working on getting fitted for prosthetic arms. Your life will be truly blessed working with her!

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of household operations, including light cleaning, laundry, and general maintenance to uphold the residence’s pristine condition.
Transportation for the adult female to and from various appointments. Travel pay included.
Serve as a personal assistant by managing calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, groceries, and other administrative tasks with efficiency and discretion.
Assist with cooking meals or preparing snacks when required; maintain a clean kitchen environment aligned with hospitality standards.
Manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor that enhances the household’s comfort.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a house manager or personal assistant in a private residence or hospitality setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
Proficiency in administrative tasks including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Knowledge of laundry techniques, cooking basics, and hospitality standards is preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Any experience with Social Media platforms is appreciated.
