We are seeking a skilled and reliable Locksmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining locks and security systems to ensure the safety and security of our clients' properties. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and excellent problem-solving skills. The Locksmith will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service in a timely manner. and offering training for the right person
Requirements
CCB license
Clean, driving record
No felonies or misdemeanors to do with crime or stealing
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace locks, safes, and security systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Conduct lockouts for clients using specialized tools and techniques
- Perform maintenance on existing locking mechanisms to ensure optimal functionality
- Assess security needs and recommend appropriate lock solutions
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic locking devices to identify issues
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining solutions clearly and professionally
Experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations is a plus

This will be a training opportunity as well. We provide training to the technician and will set them up. Technicians will provide all of their own handle tools if they're not able to provide their own hand tools. We can help provided a tool program and get tools for you quicker. You will start doing car lockouts in small re keys and we will slowly work you up as you get better.
It is required for you to have your own vehicle for the starting. Period until you get into a van.
Hours very and you will work from home. We are looking for a person that lives in Bend, Oregon in city limits. You have to live in city limits for us to hire you so if you do not live in city limits, please do not apply and you have to have a clean driving record. And no felonies. And a clean record. A background check will be done before employment. This is a very fun job you're able to work on your own once you're fully trained. Work five days a week with weekends off or a scheduled two days off a week.
