Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator
Location: Bend, OR
Position Type: Part-Time (25–30 hours per week) with potential for Full-Time growth
Compensation: $28–32/hour DOE

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an organized, tech-savvy Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator to help support daily operations and keep projects moving efficiently behind the scenes.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who loves organization, systems, problem-solving, and making sure details don't fall through the cracks. You will work closely with the owner and team to support inventory management, product launches, Shopify administration, vendor coordination, customer experience, and operational projects.
The right person is proactive, highly organized, comfortable learning new technology, and enjoys working in a fast-paced small business environment where no two days are exactly alike.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Website Management
- Create and manage products within Shopify
- Upload product information, pricing, images, and descriptions
- Organize collections and maintain website accuracy
- Assist with product launches and seasonal collections
- Monitor inventory and website product availability
Operations & Inventory
- Assist with inventory tracking and organization
- Coordinate product receiving and inventory updates
- Support vendor ordering and purchase order management
- Maintain accurate product records and documentation
- Help develop and improve operational systems and procedures
Customer Experience Support
- Assist with customer service inquiries as needed
- Support repair and custom order tracking
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences from order to delivery
Administrative Support
- Manage spreadsheets, reports, and operational projects
- Track deadlines and ensure follow-through on key initiatives
- Assist with event planning and logistics
- Support the owner and leadership team with special projects
Qualifications
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with Shopify preferred
- Experience with inventory management, operations, or e-commerce preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
