Full Job Description

Position Summary

PrideStaff is seeking a friendly, organized, and creative Vinyl Graphics Administrative Assistant for a local sign and vehicle wrap shop. In this role, you will be the face of the shop—greeting customers, handling office tasks, and keeping projects running smoothly. This role bridges the gap between front-desk customer service and production, offering a great mix of administrative work and basic digital design support.

Core Responsibilities

Customer Service & Consultations: Greet walk-in clients, answer phones, and talk with customers about their design ideas and vision for their signs or vehicle wraps.
Basic Design Support: Assist with minor design adjustments using design programs, manage digital client artwork files, and double-check layouts before production.
Office & Billing Support: Create customer quotes, process payments, type up invoices, and keep track of daily work orders.
Project Scheduling: Maintain the shop calendar, schedule vehicle drop-offs for wrap installations, and make sure project deadlines are met.
Team Coordination: Help track shop inventory (like vinyl rolls and supplies) and pass accurate customer measurements and notes along to the production team.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of front desk, office assistant, or customer service experience. (Experience in a print or sign shop is a huge plus!)
Design & Technical Skills: Basic familiarity or comfort with design software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop to help adjust files. Comfortable with standard Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for office tasks.
Skills: Great communication, friendly attitude, and a good eye for design detail. Basic math skills are needed for handling payments and checking physical project measurements with a tape measure.
Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift up to 40–50 lbs. when helping with material deliveries.
